Thankful Tuesdays

I can’t believe how quickly the weeks are flying by and it’s that time of the week again.

Ok so these are the things I am thankful for this Tuesday.

1. My upcoming holiday (yes I can be thankful for something that I don’t technically have yet). Next week I will be fulfilling a life time dream and visiting the happiest place on earth, Disneyland in California. I cannot even begin to explain how thankful and excited I am for this trip.

2. My body – time to get real for a second here. I do not always speak nicely to or about my body and I am making a conscious effort to try and change that. So today I am grateful for my body just the way it is.

3. Clean water – it’s starting to heat up here in Perth and I have been monitoring my water consumption. It’s important not to take for granted how lucky we are to have access to clean drinking water.

4. Girly time – I spent the day yesterday with my friend at the ‘Beauty to a Tea’ event in the Fraser Suites in Perth. I was super grateful to have that time to spend with her and to just relax for the day.

5. Louis Theroux – I am a huge documentary nerd and I love Louis Theroux. His newly released documentaries are fascinating.
