Thankful Tuesdays

Good morning Warriors

Its that time of the week again and hopefully after reading yesterdays blog post about gratitude you have started to think about your own gratitude ritual.

So here are five things that I am thankful for today.

1. I am thankful that I got to go see Dynamo the magician last night. I have been a huge fan of his for a long time and I just love his story. His show is incredible. I am still smiling from it.

2. I am thankful for my Mum. I am really lucky that my Mum is my best friend, I can talk to her about anything. I live really far away from her at the moment (the opposite side of the world) but if anything that makes me appreciate the time I have to talk to her even more.

3. I am really grateful for Uber. I used Uber to and from the show last night and in fact we used them the entire time we were travelling in the States. I was thinking last night about how grateful I am that I have a safe and affordable mode of transport around the city. It really takes a lot of pressure off me that I don't have to drive and find parking.

4. I am grateful for the fresh food I have to eat everyday. I have been trying recently to really infuse good intentions into everything I eat and really be mindful of what I am putting into my body. We are lucky here in Australia to have access to really awesome fresh food.

5. I am thankful for our local public swimming pool. Things are hotting up here in Perth so its time to get back out the swimming togs and go cool down at the pool. I visited our local swimming pool at the weekend and it was a great way to cool down and get in some really good cardio.
