Hey Warriors,
I have a confession to make. I do not eat enough vegetables.
I would love to be that kind of gal that has a perfectly healthy diet but sadly I am not. If I am being honest I just don’t like the taste of most vegetables and that’s the only reason I don’t eat enough. However, I do care about my health so I get my greens through juicing or blending them. I prefer blending because there is less cleaning involved than juicing.
If you are like me and don’t eat enough vegetables or just want to try out a healthy smoothie then this is a really simple but really awesomely health smoothie.
1 chopped pear
1 cup of kale
½ cup of chopped broccoli
½ cup of chopped celery
Pop all the ingredients into the blender and add some liquid, I either use orange juice, almond milk or just plain old water.
And voilà there you have it. Super easy way to get your greens in.
