Some Exciting News About The Secret

This afternoon I sat down with my mug of peppermint tea and my laptop to do a little bit of work. As I scrolled through my emails I came across something VERY exciting.

The Secret is going to be made into a Hollywood movie with rumours of Katie Holmes playing the lead.

If you haven't read The Secret, stop what you are doing right now (well of course after you read the rest of the post) and go and get yourself a copy, or indeed watch the documentary which is available on Netflix.

The Secret focus on the law of attraction (LOA) and how to harness it within your own life to create the life you have always dreamed of. Sounds a bit nuts eh? I thought so too when I first heard about it and indeed when I first read it but it did peak my interest and I read it again (a few times) and I haven't looked back since.

Now, before you rush out and buy the book intending to manifest a million dollars or the hunk of your dreams I feel obligated to tell you manifesting is not just as simple as reading a book you have to actually take action too but I promise you its loads of fun and it will bring a lot of fun into your life.

Over the years I have used the LOA in my own life to manifest a lot of awesome stuff from trekking all over the world to the partner of my dreams. Seeing your wishes manifest in front of your eyes is a magical experience but the best thing I have learned is to feel immense gratitude for everything in my life even things that can come disguised as blessings.

However, please don't confuse the LOA with actual magic, DO NOT I repeat DO NOT immediately send your boss and email telling him where to stick his job or spend every penny in your bank account relying only on the Universe to provide you with everything you desire. That might seem like a really silly thing to do but you would be surprised at how swept up people get.

The Secret is a great beginner book to learn about the LOA, its simple to understand and will get your excited to start planning what you want your life to look like and I am super excited to see how they make the movie.

If you plan on buying the book I suggest to get The Magic also. The Magic is a workbook with some really cool experiments and ideas about how to can practice using the LOA to your advantage. My copy of The Magic is at home in Ireland and I really miss it, I might have to purchase a new copy myself.
