Podcasts that are trending on my phone at the moment

Hey guys

I am a huge lover of podcasts. There is a huge amount of really good content available and its totally free, whats not to love.

I usually listen to podcasts before I go to sleep, there is a really cool feature on the app where you can set a sleep timer so it doesn't play all night if you fall asleep while listening to it.

A lot of the podcasts I listen to are motivational but I also listen to guided meditations and some really funny ones.

People ask me all the time what and who I recommend to listen to so I thought it would be a great idea to list them here so that everyone can access them.

I am an Apple girl so I just use the podcast app on my iPhone but I know you can get apps for android phones too so if you have an android phone just have a look on your App Store for podcasts.
