I Heart Me

It's Hayhouse World Summit time and I am feeling very excited to hear all the new speakers over the next three weeks. 

To kick things off this week I have started reading 'I Heart Me' by David Hamilton PhD. 

This books looks at the topic of self love from a scientific view point. 

I have just started it and I am obsessed already, there will be a lot of late nights over the coming days pouring over the pages. 

I will write a full blog post once I finish the book so stay tuned.
